He came with several cameras and valued all of our ideas, and when we became stumped he offered ideas for us to try as well. He was very professional, kind, caring, and always on top of the game taking photos. Towards the end of our night he started to put the camera away and brought it back out to catch a few final moments. He was on top of responding to all questions before, during, and after. He took photos of me and my husband before the ceremony and got some wonderful shots (it was a 95 outside wedding so this was much appreciated because we all had some sweat on our faces). But before we got Percy and our booking process with eivans it was super simple, and just an overall great experience.”

For us, we chose DJ Jimn and he was so nice to run through the program the week before the event, and make sure we were on the same page. On our wedding day, since we were on a time crunch, he needed to move around minimal details and everything went well! As for the party, all age groups enjoyed and danced!!! I'll recommend DJ Jimn to our friends and families! Just let the DJ know not to finish all the music and change it every 1-2 chorus. Budget-wise, you can have a host/DJ all in one.”

I was originally paired with a coordinator who was not as proactive/did not project confidence and ability to guide. Mostest was super accommodating with getting me reassigned, replacing my original planner with Lanise within a day of me contacting them. Everything was smooth sailing from there on out! If you’re in Houston I highly recommend Lanise as a month-of coordinator! She consistently went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of my wedding. She is professional, organized, confident, and creative. I am a very Type A person, so it was important to me to have someone I could really trust with the details. Lanise sent detailed recaps with action items after each of our weekly meetings, was available over text when I had questions, smoothly handled vendor communications and even some family coordination for speeches, conducted venue visits, and did an AMAZING job decorating and keeping things moving on the day of. I came in with a pretty detailed vision and provided mockups of my table settings and special decor, but Lanise truly understood the assignment and executed it with such care and precision. I was blown away when I walked into the venue. She did not miss a detail! She was also just a fun and reliable presence throughout the night and even took what ended up being some of our favorite photos for us on her phone. Highly recommend!!!”

Dan and his team were so easy to work with, and their 5-piece DJ band was the perfect, fun switch-up from a traditional band for our June wedding at Greenpoint Loft. We also had a ceremony guitarist and a saxophonist with tracks for the cocktail hour, which added great touches to the day. The uplights they brought for the room were priced very well and created a beautiful atmosphere. The music planning worksheet they provided was incredibly helpful, and they offered valuable advice on the timeline and flow of the reception, which was a huge help. They were fun to work with, and on the night of the wedding, they absolutely crushed it. The music was fantastic, they kept the vibes high, and their crowd engagement was excellent. We highly recommend The Hook Club for any event. They made our wedding unforgettable!”

“Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. “Something Borrowed Blooms provided the most lifelike and luxurious floral arrangements for our wedding day. The bouquets, ceremony pieces and boutonnieres were all incredibly realistic and high quality, with vibrant colors and lush textures that exceeded our expectations. In fact, as my husband and I were taking photos in a park, a bee even tried to pollinate my bouquet, drawn to its beauty and realism. Getting the boxes to the venue did require a bit of coordination, but with a little help from friends we were able to easily box them up the day after the wedding and ship them off via FedEx. We saved easily 2,000 thanks to Something Borrowed and you would never know the flowers were fake.”

“My daughter recently got married in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 14th, 2024. She choose to have her reception in a tent on the lawn of the Eisenhower House. The venue was stunning and the woman at EH recommended Clockwork as we were looking for a local band with horns to play at the reception. We were not able to hear them in person, but all the video's posted online more than helped our decision making process and we quickly booked the band 20 months in advance, It was our second decision in the wedding process after the venue -with many, many more to come, but without a doubt - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!!! Booking was easy - we sent a check to reserve the date. the catalog of music they are capable of playing is extensive. But we had a tremendous comfort level with Clockwork New England as the contract states YOU GET THE EXACT MUSICIANS you see on all the website videos. There are no switches, or long lists of band members they slot in on any given day. Everyone we saw and loved are the people that showed up for our event. From start to finish - the band rocked the night away - the dance floor was never empty. They sang the bride and grooms song 'You are the Best Thing" and it was spectacular. And every song after that just got us up off our feet. The horns added so much - we keep hearing from friends asking us who they were, because they LOVED the music. The interactions with the crowd also made the night so memorable - and some of the best videos of the night. The band worked well together - and we just cannot say enough about how much they added to the party. Patrick joined a zoom call we had w our planner a week or so earlier than the event - and went over every detail - completely putting our minds at ease. 5 stars are NOT ENOUGH!! They truly made our event the best it could have possibly been! I want to do it again!”
